Hi! I am Carolyn Bay
We are kindred spirits, you and I—sensitive souls who have always felt a pull towards something deeper, something more meaningful. I believe we are all here for a purpose, and that purpose is not to be lost in the noise of a society that often tells us who we should be.
From a young age, I’ve been searching—searching for truth, for balance, for a way to live authentically while navigating the demands of the world around us. Like many women, I’ve felt the tension between my inner calling and the expectations of the “matrix” that is society. I’ve walked the path of balancing ambition with the desire to be present for my family, of striving for success without losing sight of my true self.
Through my journey, I’ve discovered that true success isn’t about following a prescribed path; it’s about aligning with your soul’s purpose and living it fully. I’ve learned that we can live our purpose without being pulled into the illusions of the matrix, by cultivating a strong inner foundation—one that allows us to thrive both within and beyond societal expectations.
My life’s work is dedicated to helping women like you—women who know deep down that they are here for something more. I’m here to guide you back to your inner truth, to help you break free from limiting beliefs, and to support you in living a life of balance, purpose, and fulfillment. Together, we can navigate the complexities of living in this world while staying true to who we really are.
My Journey Of Growth & Learning
My path to becoming a coach has been both rich and varied, blending deep-rooted experience with a passionate pursuit of personal and professional growth.
For 28 years, I worked in Accounts and Finance, where I honed skills in precision, responsibility, and analytical thinking. This career grounded me and provided a stable foundation, but my heart was drawn toward a more fulfilling purpose.
In 2018, I embarked on a new journey as a part-time facilitator and coach, merging my analytical skills with my passion for personal development. This transition allowed me to explore new dimensions of growth and transformation, guiding others to uncover their true selves and embrace their purpose. By 2022, I fully embraced my calling and transitioned to coaching full-time, dedicating myself to helping others live authentically and purposefully.
My quest for deeper knowledge led me to extensive training in various fields of personal development. I studied Strategic Intervention Coaching specialising in working with women and Passion Patterns through the Strategic Intervention Institute, delved into The Success Principles with Jack Canfield, and mastered High Performance Coaching with The High Performance Institute. My exploration also involved working with energy through Access Bars and have participated in workshops conducted by Dr.Dain Heer and Gary Douglas and other facilitators of Access Consciousness, and Quantum Affirmation Collapse with Ray Behan.
In addition to my formal qualifications, I have been privileged to assist in transformative workshops, including Jack Canfield’s 3-day Breakthrough to Success and Ray Behan’s 4-day Unthinkable. These experiences deepened my understanding and reinforced my commitment to helping others achieve their fullest potential.
Each step of my journey—whether in finance or personal development—has shaped my approach as a coach. I now blend these experiences to guide women like you in reconnecting with your inner truth, breaking free from limiting beliefs, and creating a life aligned with your deepest desires.
